These two ladies are our great aunts. We met them while we were in England. They had visited us in the U.S. back in the late '70 or early '80s. Isobel James and Eileen Barker. They were the remaining two of the female offspring of Edith [Auntie Edie] Harrison and George Roche. They are my mother's first cousins. Edith married George Roche, and Mabel married Fred Saunderson. Edith's and Mabel's father, John Harrison, was married before to Anne Laing, who died on March 26th in 1887 at 37 years old after birthing 4 sons. Hugh, Herbert, Arthur, and Robert Cecil (the 1st of many). So they were half-brothers with all of them having the same father.
