This is taken in the garden behind Delfino and Erminia's (my grandfather's sister) house in Jersey City. Shown is Delfino, my father, Henry (holding a rabbit), Tessie, my father and aunt's first cousin (mother of our cousins Terry and Jeannie Lagomarsino), my grandfather, Felice, and our Aunt Betty (Elizabeth Ferrero). The girls are wearing identical dresses- I originally thought that the younger may have been my father and aunt's sister, Marcelle, who died young- but nobody seemed to know exactly when. (The age of 6 was passed around) I will try to get that info from Calvary Cemetery. |
