This wonderful photo was taken on 25 July 2023 At Aurora and Henry's home in Summit, New Jersey. Top left to right: If you don't know the first three, you belong in someone elses family, and the last, in red, standing is Jean Lagomarsino. [my favorite cousin!] Seated left to right: Theresa [MiMi]Corcoran-O'Donnell; Theresa Lagomarsino-Weldon; Elda Moriondo-Corcoran; and Aurora [again... you should know that!] This get-together was arranged because of the funeral of Terry's husband Charlie Weldon. We had not seen Terry, Jeannie, Elda or her daughter, MiMi, for too many years. Elda is the sister of Eddie Moriondo and the daughter of Steve and Julia Moriondo. While we were young, we had visited the Moriondo's often as they lived a block from my grandparents Ferrero. They were best friends of my grandparents. Elda is 92 years old and still has a great memory. Eddie, who died last October was 96. God bless! |
